Terms & Conditions – T-Bizz Clothing & Printing
1. General
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed with T-Bizz Pty Ltd (“T-Bizz,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
1.2. By placing an order, the customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to these T&Cs.
2. Orders & Artwork
2.1. All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or signed quote).
2.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details, including garment sizes, colours, and artwork, are correct before production.
2.3. T-Bizz will not be liable for errors once the customer has approved artwork proofs.
2.4.
Artwork Approval Responsibility
During the ordering process, a digital mockup will be provided to you for review. This mockup will show the logo placement, sizing, and spelling. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully check all details and notify T-Bizz of any required changes before approval. Production will proceed based on the most recent approved mockup, and T-Bizz will not be held responsible for any errors (including design, placement, or spelling) that were present in the approved mockup. No refunds or reprints will be issued for errors that were visible and not corrected at the time of mockup approval.
3. BYO Garments (Bring Your Own)
3.1. We do not offer refunds or replacements for customer-supplied garments (BYO).
3.2. Printing on BYO garments is done at your own risk, as we cannot guarantee compatibility or durability.
3.3. If an issue occurs during printing on BYO garments, T-Bizz will not be held liable for the cost of replacement.
4. Returns, Refunds & Reprints
4.1. We only offer refunds or reprints if the fault is caused by T-Bizz (e.g., incorrect print, faulty product, or printing error).
4.2. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
4.3. Refunds or reprints are not provided for:

Change of mind, incorrect sizes, or design errors approved by the customer.

Wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused after delivery.
5. Production & Delivery Times
5.1. All delivery dates are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, T-Bizz is not liable for any delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or events beyond our control.
5.2. Customers are encouraged to allow additional time for production and delivery, especially during peak seasons.
6. Payment
6.1. A 50% deposit (or full payment for small orders) may be required before production begins.
6.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch or collection of goods.
7. Liability
7.1. T-Bizz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., missed events, lost revenue).
7.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, or text provided for printing are not subject to copyright infringement.
8.2. T-Bizz accepts no responsibility for unauthorised use of copyrighted material.
9. Care Instructions
9.1. Printed garments must be washed and cared for according to the instructions provided.
9.2. Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage to prints, for which T-Bizz is not liable.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. T-Bizz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
